You said "recently". That suggests in the last few days, or at the very latest, perhaps yesterday?
The version that fixes the tablet problem only came out this morning. If you look at about Flash, and the version number, if it doesn't say 22.214.171.124, it's not the one with the fix in it.
Creative Cloud application was updated too, if you're not on version 126.96.36.199 it may not be able to see that the Flash Pro update is available.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Wacom tablet drivers/software?
I tried that and the lines still appeared.
