Please sign out from Creative Cloud and sign back in.
You may try to remove Creative Cloud app and reinstall it.

Sorry, I already tried that as well. Also, everything that I've read strongly suggests not uninstalling creative cloud. I'm still receiving the error, "Please report broken authorization link: invalid value CreativeClou for parameter client_id."
I resolved the issue by going to, Activity Monitor on my mac and closing everything related to Adobe and then relaunching Creative Cloud from Applications.
