Trying to download new version and it won't except my new password - Help

Trying to download a new version of the Adobe Flash player because mine was out of date. When trying to download it will ask for your

password, I forgot my old password and reset a new one but when I put in my new password it still wants my old password. How can I

get it to except my new password, so I can load the flash player?
