Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
That's exactly what I've done with 3 different browsers, chrome, Firefox, & Internet Explorer.
Then you will likely need to wait until the weekend passes so that Adobe Support can get back to their stations and provide support thru chat or telephone.
