So the system throws me into a cancellation loop. It lists Chat as a method I can use and that it is available 24 hours a day but when I try to click it does not work. Help. Just trying to cancel my creative cloud.
These instructions... do not work..
The Never let you get to this step that is listed "4. In the confirmation window, choose the appropriate reason for canceling, and click Cancel Plan." Nope, not there. Tried 4 different browsers. I hate this insidious corporate loops that just frustrate consumers. I may come back. Just give me the option of canceling for now... and make it easier for me to control my subscription.
Can someone please direct me to a link where I CAN actually Cancel my membership?
