Is this possible in RoboHelp HTML?

I have a series of HTML files that all use the following code between the HEAD tags:

      <html
      <head
      <title>1.1 Overview</title
      <meta name=layout-height content=1659
      <meta name=layout-width content=1400

      <link rel="stylesheet" href="Styles.css"

      <TABLE border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"
      <TR
      <TD<IMG src="left_side_logo.gif" class="Left_Side_Logo_IMG"</TD
      </TR
      <TR
      <TD<IMG src="banner.gif" class="Banner_Collage_IMG"</TD
      </TR
      </TABLE
      <TABLE class="Content_Width" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"
      <TR
      <TD height="5px" colspan="2"</TD
      </TR
      <TR
      <TD height="5px" colspan="2"</TD
      </TR
      </TABLE
      <TABLE class="Content_Width" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="40px"
      <TR
      <TD height="500px" bgcolor="white" valign="top"
      </head

Question is: Is there any way to have this code applied to all my topics the next time I load files into RoboHelp? (The files were initially created in Framemaker, then I save them as .MIF files and import them into RoboHelp.)

It doens't appear like I can have code like this within a RoboHelp template...or maybe I'm missing something....

      Thanks
