    Adobe not wanting to be contacted....

      I'm so sick of wasting my time trying to contact ADOBE. I'm hoping someone can help me and or point me in the right direction. I obtained a student subscription to adobe CC in Feb this tear. I have just changed my primary email address and alternative email address and now none of my adobe products are showing. ie products I have had in the past ( history) or the fact that I have a subscription. Would changing these addresses alter the CC status.
