After a blackout AE isn't starting anymore, it just shows a message saying tho reinstall CC, which i did, and to insert the serial number...the only problem is that i think the mail containing the serial number was deleted, and i can't find any phone number for support...moreover, tho i payed the monthly fee for the license, the AE product license isn't showing in my account's page, so i can't even recover the serial number there...any hint on how to solve? Thanks
CC doesn't have a serial number, it's a subscription based on your Adobe ID. CS6 may have a permanent license. If you are talking about CS6 and you registered your product then you can look at your user profile on the Adobe site or contact support to retrieve your serial number.
We actually found out that there was another Adobe ID that we didn't know about, and THAT was the one we needed to enter We chatted with the support and solved, thank you very much
