    Ligthroom doesn't start


      Dear Adobe support,


      I've upgrade the Ligthroom from version 4 to version 6. When I install the LR everything goes well, but problem is when I am starting to run Lightroom, nothing happens. No intro window nothing, just waiting icon (in windows) appears for some seconds and that's it. I am using Windows 7.


      I've tried all these things I've found in forum already

      - sing out/in to creative cloud

      - renaming the folders SLStore, SLCache

      - uninstall LR4

      - reboot


      Nothing just helps, I just can't start my LR 6 in any way, I am just hopless
