Hello I brought and paid for creative cloud complete but only photoshop says install the others are listed as try not install. Any ideas?
Please try the following steps :
1. Quit all Adobe applications.
2. Launch Creative cloud desktop application.
3. Sign out from creative cloud desktop application .
4. Sign in again with your Adobe Id (on which you purchased the product) to creative cloud desktop app.
Please try this and let us know.
