You shouldn't continue using the update from June. Use the update from July instead. Your version of Flash Pro should be 22.214.171.124 after you have done the right update.
Well the App for Creative suite did updated afterwards, but not the programs, I'm searching for update release on site but the only one available an update from December 2013 (126.96.36.199) Where can I find the 188.8.131.52 ?
The problem persists on in flash CC. I still have Flash CS6 and it works fine, but CS6 does not support HTML5 canvas. I have tried to look for workarounds. So far no dice, also, I only have one monitor, the problems seems to not be related to the multi-monitor funtion.
I'm having this issue as well :/ I wasn't seeing it on the cintiq companion 1st generation, but I have it on my second generation. Photoshop and Illustrator function fine for me, and pen pressure is good in those, but Flash is unusable. I can't tell if it's the software or a new device and growing pains with settings and all that, but I feel I've tried everything from recalibration, resetting, adjusting brush settings. Next step will be to reset all my preferences and go back to default Flash settings.
I do have two monitors - the cintiq companion 2 is my pen pressure device, and then it's hooked up via display port to hdmi on a Dell Monitor.
I have verified the versions of all my drivers plus the program itself. I even Uninstalled it, clean the registry downloaded and installed it and the problem persists.
Not sure what else i can do about. Its rendering flash unusable.
Clearly the problem is not about the version for the one i have running is indeed Flash Pro 184.108.40.206
Hi Colin! Wish I had seen this yesterday when you sent it to me, haha.
That was EXACTLY what was wrong. Thanks! Guess I can deal with tiny for now ☺
Whoops, my bad just swapping machines and got email up and running so I've been in a flurry to respond to all sorts of things.
Possible Solution (worked for me):
In Windows: go to Controlpanel -> Themes/Looks and adaption? > Screen.
In this "Screen" menu you need to change the slider for the "Change size for all objects" (or it might say something like "Make Text and other items larger or smaller") from Largest to the smallest. Now it works perfect.
Yes! Now it works perfectly. Thank you very much!!
By the way, what we should be looking for in windows 8 is:
Control Panel > Display > Change the size of all items
- check the box "let me choose one scaling level for all my displays"
- Slide the slider to smaller
This is what finally fixed the problem.
