What does it mean to current forms that FormsCentral is being retired

My organization has various forms that we use as an interactive convenience for our customers.  Some forms include invoices that we send to our clients.  What impact will retiring FormsCentral have on those forms, please?

The answer depends on the form in question.  If the form is a standard FormsCentral web form (not a pdf form) then users will no longer be able to access the form.  If the form is a pdf form created by FormsCentral and has a Submit button that was created by FormsCentral, the form will no longer be able to submit data to the FormsCentral servers (which are going away).  If the form is a pdf form created by FormsCentral, but does not have a Submit button then there is no effect on the form.  If the form is a pdf form created by some other application (Acrobat, Designer, other) then this will have no effect on the form at all.

To clarify, unless the form was created using FormsCentral there will be no effect.  If the form is a pdf that was created by FormsCentral but has no Submit button, then there is no effect.

Thank so much.  That explains a lot.  The forms we have were created with Acrobat, so we should be okay.  Have a great day!!
