My Flash icon in Control Panels changed from red to black.

I noticed a couple weeks ago or more, that when I open my "Show all Control Panels" from Windows Explorer in Windows 8.1 RT for Surface RT, that after years of being red, it is now a black icon.  I have had hacking problems in the past and wondered if this is supposed to be this way.  If the only way to get software for my Surface RT is through the Microsoft Store downloads, then I wonder why my Windows Update hasn't caught anything or changed anything yet.  It looks like this:

I believe they changed the design of the icon, mine is that way too. That happened a little while ago. Nothing to worry about
