A few things to try are:
- Clear your Browser Cache
- Quit/Restart your Browser
- Try a different Browser
We have tried all of the above, including multiple browsers on multiple machines. We attempted to talk with a representative via a live chat and were told that attachments could no longer be downloaded -- but all of the emails related to the elimination of Forms Central clearly state that while we can no longer collect new responses, we can download existing responses and attachments until July 27.
Is anyone else having this issue?
