I've followed all the directions the RoboHelp manual I have from IconLogic, which are almost identical to the instructions in Peter Grainge's website (which I also tried), but I keep getting the following message: "Microsoft Word seem to not be responding. Would you like to continue waiting?" Waiting doesn't help, so, No.

Then, back to RH11, I get the Blue Circle of Waiting, try to close RH ("x" out), but get "RoboHelp is not responding," etc.

anyone? anyone?

Hi Lon,

Please provide following information

1) What Word version are you using. ?

2) Do you see any warning in Word to "Enable Macro" in word when you try to generate PD output. If so, trying enabling macro on your own then close word and RH and re-try?

3) While RH is waiting for Word to respond what message do you see in RH output log ?

Thanks,

Sameer
