By “client version” you mean “standalone, serial-number-licensed version”?
LR 6 always starts as LR CC 2015, but you can convert the LR CC 2015 version to LR 6 using the following process if you purchased a LR 6 serial-number:
Hi SSPRENGEL -
Thanks for your message. my first version of LTR was v3.0:
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom ....8541 3.0 Multiple
August 22, 2010
Then I guess I upgraded to v4.0, and finally client v5.0 from a download. I don't have a serial number.
I just want my v5.0 Develop function turned on after spending $600 last year to use just one product LTr.
Can you turn my Develop function back on? I don't want or need Ltr v6.0. Thanks. Tom
I checked in the back end & I don't see any order which you have done for Lightroom 5.
If you have any proof of purchase for Lightroom 5 I can look it up for you or you can guide any other email address which you used to purchased LR 5 with.
What I can see that past you were using Creative Cloud Subscription which is expired and you might be using Lightroom from that subscription.
I have gone on a trip...thanks for getting back to me.
The point is that I thought I was downloading a LTR 5 client update, instead I now have a CC version, and then it is disabled. I paid $50 a month for one year $600 for this one app in 2014 - 2015, so how do we get my LTR 5 enabled again? Here is some account info. Can you give me a phone number so I can call someone? Thanks. Tom
