New MacBook Pro 2015 - does not run NVIDIA GPU - is AMD Radeon R9 M370X okay?

I am purchasing a new 2015 MacBook Pro with these specs:

15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display

2.5GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz

      16GB 1600MHz DDR3L SDRAM

      1TB PCIe-based Flash Storage

Intel Iris Pro Graphics + AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2GB GDDR5 memory

      Force Touch trackpad

Adobe says it only supports NVIDIA graphics card with CUDA.  But, these only work on a 2014 Mac (last year's model) which I am told by my IT guy that it isn't as fast.  He suggests I get the 2015 MacBook Pro anyway, and not worry about getting a NVIDIA card.

Question is: will the Intel Iris Pro Graphics + AMD Radeon R9 M370X with 2GB GDDR5 memory work for Premiere Pro just as well (or better)?  Or should I really purchase last year's model?

      Thanks for your advice.
