Mercury Transmit Working in Premiere, but not After Effects (CC 2015)

Howdy folks. Done a bit of Googling on this, but didn't come up with anything useful.

I use a regular ole TV plugged into the HDMI port on my graphics card to output and see my work on a bigger screen, via Mercury Transmit. CC 2014 gave me no problems. Do all the same settings in CC 2015, and Premiere works like a pro, but After Effects is a no-go. Tried making sure the window doesn't intersect any screen edges, I try it with/without Premiere open, with/without "disable in background."

At a loss - any ideas? Any qualifier questions that can help provide more information?
