Image not appearing in Develop Module

    redinkphotography Level 1

I've seen a number of threads on this, but unfortunately the suggested solutions don't work.

When I access the image in the Develop module it will initially display, but any adjustments I may make to the image are not displayed (they do in the Navigator preview in the upper left hand corner) and usually the image then disappears. After that, when I select the same image it leaves a blank screen where the image should display.

When the issue first arose I checked and GPU acceleration could not be turned on because of an error. I went and updated my driver, but unfortunately I have an AMD Radeon 7670 graphics card and as I found out the hard way Lightroom CC is incompatible with that graphics card and the latest driver so when I accessed the Develop module lightroom instantly crashed, regardless of whether or not Graphics Acceleration was turned on.

I was able to rollback to the older driver version,, so Lightroom will run without crashing, but the original problem still remains, I cannot use the Develop module.

Any suggestions? At this point I'm tempted to roll back to the previous version of Lightroom but I'm hoping to avoid that as I ingested, tagged, and rated close to 2500 images and would really prefer not to lose that work.
