When I start the CC application on my laptop or desktop machines all I get is a busy cursor so I cannot update my applications
I am running Macs on Yosemite
Please try to update applications from Creative cloud:

The problem can be caused by your internet connection .
Verify your Hosts file and if you have any Adobe entries on it ,you must delete it.
To go to the hosts file :
Go to Finder > Go > Go to folder and type /etc then click Go .
open the hosts file with text edit and check and delete all Adobe entries.
If no Adobe entries were found ,reinstall you CC desktop again with the procedure on following thread :
