I am having trouble synching my photos from Macbook Pro to my iPad and iPhone. I set up a collection and it has synchronised approx 100 but then just does nothing. I click synch and it says synching but nothing happens. So I went into the Lightroom mobile on the web and to photos tab to see all photos had image error. Prior to that when synching it says connecting to network but took hours and still same message. But it had initially downloaded about 100. Should I reinstall creative cloud? I then tried to update and it has download error contact Adobe support. Please help.

You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button.
