Is your Creative Cloud desktop application updated?
Please run CC Cleaner tool Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and uninstall Creative Cloud desktop application.
Do you have any other application installed other than the above mentioned CC applications ?
Back up all files stored in Adobe product directories, including custom plug-ins or profiles you have installed.
This several gigs. What files do I "need" to back up other than my 3rd party plug-ins.
Yes, I have several other apps I use daily. None of which this round, seem to play nice together.
Adobe, Quark, Microsoft (Word, Excel and PP). Before the update, I was having issues with MS, fixed it.
Then I updated the Adobe CC 2015 apps, and now nothing works. My OS is up to date, my CC is up to date (and now crashes as soon as I open it). I've log-in and out of CC. I dumped all CS5 and earlier Adobe apps, and now its says my CS6 Membership is damaged.
I didn't touch my CS6 apps, but now when I open them, the app is gone and only the plugin folder is there.
