The plug-in applies expressions that calculate the positions and overwrite your native data. Remove the expressions, re-position the layers, re-apply the effect. And seriously, when you do such stuff you could at least do everyone a favor read the associated materials/ watch the tutorials that come with the plug-in.
I did read a bit about the plugin (and watched several tutorials) but its quite a complex plugin and Im not at a point where I can understand all the complexities when Im not that knowledgeable of AE and its capabilities
I dont see the expressions you talking about, but Im a bit wary to ask since you seem very annoyed by mi initial question. However I did find a way to reposition the unmovable pictures for whats is worth, in case another unfortunate soul finds themselves in my predicament: using the "anchor point" under transform I could move the picture to my will.
But suggestion taken and I definitely need to learn more about this program. I usually rely on my instincts but this software seems is not something I'm naturally good at.
thanks for your answer all the same
Why are you using 3D layers? You don't need them for something that simple, and they just make things more complicated.
And where are your keyframes?
I abled the 3d in the pictures coz I wanted a certain movement that involved the Z plane, ie: a bit more depth. The keyframes werent in the screenie
