I have contacted Adobe several times to retrieve my serial number for Photoshop CS6 and all I got is slammed door in my face. It feels like talking to robots, not humans. I have a situation here as I need to migrate my PS CS6 to a new computer. I misplaced my serial number and my login to my old account is not working.The email I set up my original account years ago does not exist anymore and I cannot retrieve my password. Is there any hope that Technical Support actually will help me, is there any hope that Adobe actually will help me, will they stand behind their expensive product or it's like shopping in a 99 cents store? I depend on this product, that's why I purchased it, not for fun only. Hello Adobe, anybody in-there or just NO saying robots?

Do you still have access to the computer that the CS6 was originally installed on? A few years ago, a nasty crash happened to my computer, but I still had some very limited access to it - Adobe would not help me with moving my purchase over to a new computer. I did find this great forum on how to help me retrieve my serial number on my own though with a program called magical jelly bean. Pulled up everything and it was free! Try that.
