    Photomerge and Version LR6

Excuse my naivety but I have two questions. I currently use LR5.

1 Am I able to photomerge a group of shots into a panorama without having a copy of Photoshop of any kind?

2 LR5 was bought for me as a birthday present and I wondered if I have to purchase LR6 separately, or whether owning LR5 gives me entitlement to download the latest version?

      Thanks for any helpful responses.

          1. Lightroom has its own photomerge feature. It doesn't rely on Photoshop.

          2. Lightroom 6 is a paid upgrade unless the Lightroom 5 you are using was purchased within the last 30 days. But Lightroom 6 can be purchased at a discount if you already have a previous version of Lightroom. The price in the US is $79 to upgrade.

            Thanks Jim,

I wanted to use photomerge for panoramas I took at a number of locations using five shots at each one. It doesn't appear this is a function that is available in LR5.7. Pity. I'll check out the LR6 upgrade.
