I was working on a catalogue inside Lightroom 2015.1 on Mac OS X 10.10.4
After i edited all the pictures to my liking i closed the catalogue.
After a while i reopen the catalogue and the pictures all all different.
Considerably brighter and with some calibrations missing.
Note that nothing changed. No monitor calibrations, No new settings...nothing.
Here's an example.
The two pictures (the exported one on the left and the same one viewed in lightroom) looked the same, but now they don't (notice the sky and the highlights)
This bug is pretty annoying and it ruined my 2 days work...unacceptable.
Any workaround or solution to the problem?
Thanks a lot.
You are showing the same shot in 2 different app. One LR the other could be Preview. The edits you do in LR are only available in LR unless you export the image. During the export it applies the edits to the image. Other wise when viewing the same image in some other image viewing program you won't see the LR edits.
Thanks for the answer.
Anyway i know that different softwares showcase different results, but the picture opened in "preview" was exactly the same as the one i had in Lightroom.
