How can I make Adobe Connect recognize the Adobe Flash Palyer that is already installed on my PC?

The latest version of Adobe Flash Player is already installed on my PC but apparently not being recognized by Adobe Connect when I attempt to enter my classroom.

You may want to try using the Flash Player Uninstall tool, and then reinstall Flash. Sometimes updates don't get everything applied correctly. This process will give you a fresh install of Flash Player:
