Licensing for this product (InDesign ) has stopped working.

    RDL33

I am suppose to contact Adobe customer support but Adobe is not making that easy.  I have reinstalled InDesign CS3 but the program automatically shows the same message box.

Thank you it appears to be going in the right direction but ...

The LicenseRecovery111(1).dmg arrived but 2clicking did not start anything though a Search showed that LicenseRecoveryLauncher.app was written to the disk.  2clicking LicenseRecoveryLauncher.app puts the computer in Terminal mode

python: can't open file '/LicenseRecovery 11.6.1 1/LicenseRecovery/LicenseRecover.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

which does not follow LicenseRecoveryLauncher.app instruction set.

On Mac: Doubleclick the LicenseRecoveryLauncher.app and enter your Mac OS X password when prompted.

I'm afraid I can't offer anything more. You could try running it from a Safe Mode startup.

Well it went further after doing a restart.  It actually claims that the problem was fixed but it is not.  Neither Photoshop nor InDesign will open.
