All I want to do is have a signature line where my clients simply type their signature and not have to go through all the ridiculous rigamor of creating ID's and all the other JUNK with it. What makes it even more frustrating is you can't simply pick up the phone and call Adobe to get your question answered in a timely matter. Answers are much appreciated.
The clients can use the tool "Fill & Sign".
You could also create a text form field or use a text comment. A form field probably provides the simplest user experience, but does involve the added step of you adding the field.
