I was photographing a concert today where they used colored artificial lights (probably LED) to light the musicians. As I was importing my RAW files into lightroom, everything seemed to be fine, but when they fully loaded and I wanted to edit them, the areas lit by the LEDs were in a really unnatural tone of blue or red.
The thumbnails looked fine and the error only occured in all images when they were fully loaded.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
My guess is that the first view you got was of the JPG preview embedded in the raw file, which had some camera settings baked into it that Adobe does not apply to the raw image. Take a look at the "camera calibration" panel and see if any of the options there gives you a better starting point than the default of "Adobe standard".
Is it possible that you have the 'clipping' indicators turned on [J] showing Blue shadows and Red highlights.?
