Blocked Plug in message

When opening links on Facebook or you tube videos I get a message Blocked Plug in, which tells me to up date my Adobe Flash drive. I do this and it does the same thing, What can I do ?

There is no such thing as "Adobe Flash drive", but you may need to update your outdated Flash Player.
