IF you have Premiere Elements version 10 and an nVidia card
•nVidia Driver Rollback PreElements-10 http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1317675
•-Old Drivers http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us
Thank you. I am sure I fall under this category as I use a GTX 680 that was recently "updated".
That gives you 2 choices
If you must have the later NVidia driver to use other software, you need a later version of Premiere Elements that does not have the problem described in my 1st reply
If you don't need the latest NVidia driver for other software, and you don't want a later version of PE, get the older driver
Thanks for the follow up in this thread and in the original older one where I tried to compile all the NVIDIA GeForce Premiere Elements 10 issues.
The look for an old enough GTX680 driver was not promising at the above link for older NVIDIA drivers.
I went online just now and found what looks like a NVIDIA GeForce GTX680 driver version dated around the "right" time (May 2013) for the roll back workaround
Please check it out, and determine if this will work for you. Proceed with caution, but it looks promising.
We will be watching for further developments.
Thanks and best wishes.
