Yeah, I did opened the link! Thank you! The reason was in my location. In my country can to buy a plan only. Accordingly I've second question. If I'll buy Photoshop CS6 for Mac using US online-store, will get a serial number... can I use this number in other countries?

The Creative Cloud Version of Adobe Applications don't require a serial number for activation. It is based on your Adobe ID. If you purchase CS6, you will get a serial number with that.
