Unable to install Flash player due to "insuffient permissions"

I searched around for an answer but never found anything that worked. I have tried a clean install as layed out on How do I do a clean install of Flash Player - Windows? as well as doing the right click "run as admin" (I also tried setting the installer to auto run as admin in its properties which didnt work either), as well as random suggestions people had such as disabling UAC and unblocking the installer file from its properties menu, none of which has helped. Also I am downloading the newest version.

And so I was wondering if anyone possibly had any other suggestions I could try. I can post the install .log if its wanted.

Windows 7 Pro, Firefox vrs 39

      Thanks for your help
