I am animating a photo of a dog. In my puppet, I have deleted eyebrows, pupils and have only the eyes open and closed (for blinking). I replaced the default puppet layers with my dog's layers and its working great, he blinks when I blink.
I would like to make a 3rd state for the eyes, surpise. I can make the eyes bulge in Photoshop, but am not sure what to call the layers so the Animator will know to use them when I open my eyes wider..
Is this possible (or more likely) what does the layer need to be named in Photoshop?
Hi Chris.... We don't have additional webcam-triggerable expressions for the eyes at this time. However, you should be able to use a keyboard trigger for the surprised eye shape. Just add the surprised eye layer in the Left Eye and Right Eye groups, then add the key to the end of the name of the surprised eye layer, such as "Left Surprised Eye (s!)"; that's S followed by an exclamation point, which tells the Keyboard Triggers behavior that you want that layer to be shown when pressing S and sibling layers to be hidden.
Let us know if that works for you. Thanks.
Worked like a champ! Thanks for this amazing software!
