Hi, I have got the same issue. From 20GB to 2GB with an active membership. Customer Care couldn't help me out and I'm still waiting for someone who can. It's annoying.
After a (lengthly) live chat with 2 agents the problem was resolved for me.
I'm none the wiser as to why it happened tho...
My only solution is to keep an agent on the phone/chat until you get your resolution.
