    Who is able to deactivate either a single device or to reset the counts of activated devices?

      after i contacted the so called "customer service" I haven't found a solution but only not trained people.

       

      I lost my ereader and since it isn't still activated with ADE I want to have it deactivated.

       

      who is able to do so?

      OR to reset all counts ?
