    Trouble Editing Same Catalog on Separate Macs


      Hey everyone!


      So I'm a relatively new user to the Cloud software and it's confusing me a bit. I've been a user of Lightroom for the past few years now but haven't had two Macs to edit from. I have an iMac 5k which is my main computer for editing but I just got a Macbook Pro so I can edit while on location.


      I'm trying to get my Lightroom catalog from my iMac to show up on the Macbook and it's being finicky; saying "cannot be opened because it is not valid." when clearly I'm using it on my iMac. I'm not sure if it's because of the different computer issues or what but it's getting on my nerves.


      Anybody out there have any suggestions?
