How do you remove the "label" from seamless background sets to be able to use the full image of each background?

I am very much a beginner, and I purchased a set of 4 seamless background images.  Because I've never purchased Adobe Stock before, I assumed that after download I would have 4 separate images.  After purchasing the license, I discovered that the image only downloads as one item.  That, in itself would be fine, however there's a label smack-dab in the middle of the quadrant of images, and I don't know how to get rid of it to actually make each background image "seamless".  Is there any way to do this?

Thanks so much for any assistance that can be provided!
