Dear Administrator of Web-Form Central.
I have 2 urgent Questions:
1. I am in the process of downloading the data from my subscribed account. I am unable to download the attachments such as pictures and scans!!
The message displayed reads like this "Acrobat.com could not contact the server to complete your action.
Why? It's either a momentary glitch with our service or a problem with your web browser or your connection to the Internet."
I have verified there is no glitch in my internet or my computer.
Kindly fix this so that I can download the pictures and other attachments from the webforms on an urgent basis. Thank you.
2. I paid the subscription fee for one year in January 2015 from my account in UK. Kindly refund to me the remaining amount of 6 months till January 2016. Thank you.

Regarding #1, it looks like you have encountered a Chrome-specific bug. Please try downloading the attachments using Firefox, IE or Safari.
