What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running?
The translation is not good, but here is what I believe you are asking.
The video is playing back with black video after what is supposed to be the end of the video content.
If this is the case then
1. Expand the Timeline using the -+ slider above the Timeline. Open all the tracks to see their contents. Look at all video and audio tracks.
2. Press the End key of the computer keyboard, and determine where the Timeline Indicator stops. Based on your problem, it should stop beyond the end of the movie content. At the place where the Timeline Indicator stops, inspect that area for leftover fragments or whole clips that should have been deleted but were not. Delete these leftovers.
3. After those deletions, press the End key, and make sure that now the Timeline Indicator stops at the end of the last item on the Timeline. Under no conditions put a stop marker at the end of the content to try to correct this situation.
4. It is expected that this cleanup should resolve the problem that I am understanding that you have.
Please review, consider, and supply more information. If any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.
