Export a PDF X/4 file and print that from Acrobat. How does it look there?
Only a slight improvement.
For desk top printers I would suggest you try the High Quailty Print PDF preset as you want to print from RGB and let the printer convert to CMYK.
Have you colour calibrated your monitor and printer?
By the way, how many colours does each printer have - some have 8 to 12 colours, which create greens and oranges, that are much brighter than those created by CMYK only printers.
This is an office laser printer / copymachine.
No calibration as i don't have the tools.
Printer has the four cmyk colours.
If your monitor is not profiled and calibrated you have no way of knowing what the colors are supposed to look like. Likewise, the BizHub needs to be calibrated, and the correct profile used at output.
At the very least, spend $200 on an i1 Display colorimeter package to do the monitor.
