I am being billed a monthly charge for Adobe Photography Plan we had subscribed to for a former employee. I need to switch users, though was given a faulty phone number to do so. Please contact me to switch users so I do not have to pay the 50% cancellation fee. Thank you.
There is no option to switch the plan from one Adobe ID onto another.
You will need to get this current plan cancelled as per the link: Cancel your Creative Cloud membership
Then you may subscription onto the same plan using the other Adobe ID.
