I try to move from trial period into regular paid subscriber at Adobe cloud - but the Adobe store says "Payment information unavailable". Message below in small letters: "USER_STORE_COUNTRY_MISMATCH".
Anybody seen this before, or have a solution?

Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information
-right down to how you spell and punctuate the parts of your name and address
