    Develop module is disabled

      Hi there I have this error message coming up " Develop module is disabled, please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module"  and I have relogged into my cloud account and not sure why this is happening, I have seen that I need to reinstall my software but can't find a link anywhere to do that and just want to talk to a person!!!! arrgh! I have wasted so much time and am going crazy, how do you actually get through to the help line? any help would be amazing......
