Flash Player Needs permission on every site

From few day i am facing a problem that my flash player needs permissions on sites for playing videos, games and scripts. Please help me on this like i have to allow it always when i open YouTube, Welcome to Facebook - Log In, Sign Up or Learn More, Download Android & iOS Apps Free - APKvsIPA, Live cricket scores, commentary, match coverage | Cricket news, statistics | ESPN Cricinfo etc
