Hi Michelle
The DO NOT ALLOW RELAY message is a message from the Adobe email servers (which are outsourced).
This message usually means a few emails from your email address have been flagged or hard bounced and the email provider has put a temp block from you relaying emails through the servers.
The fix is to get in touch with Adobe support and tell them the email address and the'll fix it on the spot. They'll remove the block. However if you keep getting blocked you might want to check you dont ha

I doubt there is anything to fix, that clearly is a fake email and it will of course not deliver that.

And this "clearly" is an inept person who is to help your clients? Should I post the 3 business days of emails that I am unable to send to prove to you that there is a problem? Perhaps if I would be able to speak with someone directly rather than being forced on this forum I world be able to get this issue resolved and be back in business?
