Since my Creative Cloud desktop app was not working properly at all, I was forced to reinstall the whole package anew. Now I am stuck with the issue that the membership filed under my ID is not recognized anymore. I am slighltly devastated right now and don't know what to do.. any help is highly appreciated since I need to work on my indesign files for work!
