We need to use secure electronic signatures on our PDF documents however, for audit purposes we have to sign each page in the document. Is this possible in Adobe Acrobat X and XI? From what I understand, it is possible but the user would have to sign each page separately and save the document each time. Is there not a easier way i.e. is there a setting for "sign all pages in the document"?
Electronic signatures are not that secure compared to digital signatures.It would slightly be tough to sign multiple documents at one go. It has to be saved after each signature is applied. But since you don't need to use digital signatures, a dynamic stamp might be a sufficient substitute. It won't require a save after each stamp is applied, but the stamp would have to be installed on each user's machine, which may not be feasible.
