adding a new element and applying draggable to it with no scale set has the same error.
thank, I'll check that out.
Great find, Joe!
Note that draggables will get crazy if your comp is set to scale.
Also if you have any left/top in properties for the draggables in the timeline, you need to delete these lines.
See my tutorial here on the subject:
See Tip #3 – What’s going on with all these unused properties?
Where are the composition settings? I ended up deleting my object and putting a new one in. I have also tried targeting the image file. I currently have no scale or top left. modifications. The stage is currently at 1024*650. If I go 100%, the drag works but the stage only uses a quarter of the screen. So, If I set the dimensions from pixels, I get a dynamic screen. If I set it to percentage it becomes static. This program is defeating me.
A friend recommended green sock and it seems to work. Seems odd that JQuery left a bug like that in. I saw post on it back to 2012.
Great tip on the greensock! I found this (Edge Animate + Greensock + Responsive) $9 EdgeSlider - A Responsive Slider For Edge Animate - Edge Animate Templates | CodeCanyon
I didn't buy it but I bet it would be extremely helpful
I wonder if he is using this technique. Not using Edge Responsive ..but using Greensock responive like this Scale Edge Animate stage using Greensock | Chris Gannon
